Victoria Miguda is a Communication, Advocacy, Brand, and Marketing Specialist, with over 15 years of work experience where she has demonstrated a deep understanding of the complexities in these fields and has successfully navigated challenges across different cultures and regions. She enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders, media, and influencers and has developed successful communication strategies across various organizations in technology, iNGO, Hospitality, Financial Services, and Media.
She possesses a wealth of knowledge in creating compelling content, crafting engaging messaging, and utilizing various communication channels to reach target audiences effectively which stems from a deep understanding of the power of branding, messaging, and storytelling to build strong relationships between organizations and their stakeholders.
Before joining the END Fund, Victoria worked for Meta (Formerly known as Facebook) as Corporate Communications Manager for East Africa, with PAL Network as Manager-Advocacy & Communication, Jubilee Insurance as Head of Corporate Communication, With Nation Media Group as Communication Manager amongst others where her leadership skills were honed by managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments, and her ability to inspire and motivate others became highly valued. She also became known for her creative thinking, forward-looking vision, and ability to turn complex ideas into actionable plans that drive results.
Victoria holds a Master of Science in Global Marketing Management and a Bachelor’s in Communications & Media with a bias in Public Relations.
To wind down after a long work week, Victoria loves to delve into a book or try out restaurants while chasing live music with friends and new acquaintances.
