Tracy is a Communications and Policy Advocacy Specialist who has worked on diverse assignments ranging from Public Finance Management to Reproductive and Maternal Health. Her added knowledge of the human mind has propelled her to understand the integral role that communications and advocacy plays in achieving impact in communities.
Prior to joining the END Fund, she served as a Communications and Policy Advocacy Assistant at the Institute of Public Finance (IPF), an independent and non-political think tank based in Nairobi, Kenya. In this role, she spearheaded graphic design work, content creation, creative storytelling and social media management.
Previously, she worked as a Communications Consultant at Population Reproductive Bureau (PRB) where she was responsible for enhancing partnerships and collaboration through expanding the main distribution and contact list in Eastern, Central and Southern Africa.
Before fully diving into the Communications world, Tracy practiced as a Mental Health Therapist as well as volunteered as a lead facilitator for mental health awareness seminars all through her university years.
She is passionate about making a positive change in spaces around the world and believes this can be achieved through collaboration. Outside of her work, Tracy enjoys basking in creative and thought-provoking activities. If she is not singing, playing her guitar or taking/editing photos and videos, she is reading a book or playing sudoku.
