Rachel Goepner joined the END Fund in January 2022 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. In her role, Rachel provides day-to-day support to the CEO by handling information requests and performing administrative functions.
Prior to joining the END Fund, Rachel spent four years leading a team of volunteers that provided direct support to at-risk students in Baltimore City with the goal of minimizing the achievement gap for public school students. Additionally, Rachel was a Woodrow Wilson Research Fellow and led an independent study of the biochemical and signaling pathways in pediatric musculoskeletal tumors at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Most recently, Rachel served as a Production Assistant for various television and film projects in New Orleans.
Rachel received her BS from Johns Hopkins University, where she studied Molecular and Cellular Biology. Rachel is passionate about improving access to care and addressing health disparities. When she’s not in the office, Rachel enjoys painting, cooking new vegetarian recipes, and learning to play the electric bass.
