Modupe Odusote, a Nigerian and American national, has over two decades of diversified Human Resources expertise working across industries in Healthcare, Financial Services and Management Consulting. She has worked in various capacities and geographies (Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana & across USA), providing business HR leadership to global workforces in talent strategy, DEI, HR business partnering, organizational design and change management.
Modupe spent a decade with Johnson & Johnson in varying business sectors of Enterprise Innovation, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Supply Chain, Safety & Consumer Health and in Enterprise functions such as DEI and Talent Management. At J&J, she was an inaugural leadership team member of the organization’s Global Public Health group, where she was instrumental in building teams across Sub- Sahara Africa, UK & US.
Prior to J&J, she worked as a human capital advisor with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Standard Chartered bank Nigeria. Before joining the End Fund, Modupe briefly served as a CHRO to a healthcare start-up. Beyond her HR experience, she is on the US Board of Mothers2Mothers, an organization focused on health access for African women living positively with HIV.
Modupe is a values-based servant leader. She focuses on talent development by building trust and coaching leaders, people managers & employees through talent initiatives and organizational change, ensuring collaboration for successful outcomes. As a figurative artist (www.artbydupe.com), she enjoys creating contemporary works in paint and African fabric in her home arts-studio in New Jersey, where she lives with her husband, her son and daughter, and the most adorable bernadoodle pup in the world.
