Mariah serves as the Senior Associate Director, Strategy and Operations, working to promote operational effectiveness of the organization
Prior to joining, she served as a Global Health Corps fellow, placed as the Partnerships Associate at Possible, a nonprofit healthcare company managing hospitals in Nepal. In this position she completed grant applications for philanthropic, research, multilateral, and government funders, and created revenue documentation and reporting for partnerships. Before beginning her fellowship year, Mariah worked as the Operations Associate at Care 2 Communities. There she managed development, communications, and programming projects benefiting Care 2 Communities’ primary care clinics in Northern Haiti. Her experience also includes working on the Development & Advocacy team at Last Mile Health, completing projects for their Boston-based and Liberia-based teams, and working as a member of the Development team at Primary Care Progress, a domestic healthcare advocacy group.
Mariah received her B.A. in International Studies and Geography from the University of Miami. In her free time, she enjoys finding new routes to run in NYC and trying out new recipes.
