Louise has a track record of successfully directing philanthropic investments on behalf of private and public entities. Prior to joining the END Fund, Louise provided consultancy services focused on developing strategic plans and providing technical insight on programs to clients including the END Fund.
Her previous roles include overseeing multi-million dollar portfolios at Geneva Global Inc. She served as Chief of Party for USAID-funded HIV/AIDS prevention and care program in Ivory Coast and led Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD) programs that served as the genesis to the creation of the END Fund.Louise’s leadership in global health programs focused on improving access to immunizations, anti-malaria interventions, improving infant and maternal health, and delivering humanitarian assistance during Haiti’s 2010 earthquake and subsequent cholera outbreak.
Louise holds a Doctorate in Public Health (DrPH) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Sciences in Global Economic Development from Eastern University, St. David’s, Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from E.S.L.S.C.A Business School, Paris France. Outside of work, Louise enjoys playing the guitar, gardening and spending time with her family.
