Cecilia currently serves as an Associate Director, Finance & Administration supporting the End Fund financial activities, such as general accounting, budgeting, data analysis, treasury, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Prior to joining the End Fund, Cecilia worked for New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services. She served as citywide Purchasing card program administrator to monitor daily operation and compliance of over 70 agencies bank accounts and over 1300 cardholder accounts. She also worked as an auditor for New York City Comptroller’s Office leading compliance and performance audits for city agencies and city funded programs.
Previously, Cecilia held the staff accountant position at Social Science Research Council where she supported the organization accounting and finance functions, including Accounts Payables and Receivables, payroll, month-end closing and reporting.
Cecilia received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Guangzhou University in China and her Master of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University. She is a Certified Public Accountant. When she is not in the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
